My Trans-Colorado Bike Trip didn't quite work out, but man, did I have fun! :) |

Special thanks to the Colorado Springs Independent for giving me some publicity. (Click on the picture to read the article!)

Boki and Donna deserve applause for their effort in making the April 2002 Hair Consultant election a ton of fun! :) |

 |
I didn't do any major roadtrips this year, but I definitely enjoyed scenic Colorado.
Off the top of my head: Colorado National Monument San Juan Mountains Biking in the San Luis Valley The Crags Autumn in North Cheyenne Canyon |

Finances for much of the year were, AHEM, pretty bad. Fortunately, I have a job now! :) |
 |
Spice of Life Cafe became my permanent second home in 2002. ALL the articles and pictorials for the year: Pajama Party Coffee Spill Cinco de Piyama Boki Buys Steve a Bokimatti Woman Dreams About Steve Funny Magnets Ordinary Morning Funny Pictures JohnBoy a "no-show" 10th Anniversary Party |

Hooray! I finished my Master's degree! :) |
 |
The Friendship Board really took off in 2002, along with many other of the topical message boards. I highly recommend getting involved in them! :) |

I finally got around to hiking to Pikes Peak Summit! Now for NEXT YEAR, stay tuned on the Friendship Board about a group hike in May-June 2003 ... some kind of "ColoradoGuy.com Pikes Peak Hike" gathering! :) |

Time Magazine's choice of The Person's
of the Year was RIGHT-ON! We, as a nation, must come to terms
with our culture of rampant corporate greed
and high-level corruption in many of our
institutions across the board.

Why I sit through Manitou Springs City Council meetings? I honestly don't know. At first, it was a big joke, but now it's become just a sick habit of mine. :( |
 |
Getting the top score of Ms. Pac Man was another major accomplishment in 2002! LOL |
 |
I just wanted to acknowledge Dan Stuart for his honorable and classy campaign for state representative. He didn't win (he lost by only 112 votes!), but he's alright in my book! :) |
